HAE UK would like to invite you to our third Scottish patient information day: This year we will be holding it at the Novotel Edinburgh Centre, on Saturday 6th October.
This is an opportunity to learn from our HAE Experts and to meet up with many friends who know what it is like to live with our rare condition.
If you would like to attend this free patient day, you must register your attendance below. We expect a high attendance so places will be strictly on a first come, first served basis.
This event is for HAE patients of all ages and their immediate family members. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
A light lunch will be provided, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
