What positive changes have happened for people with HAE, in your country, from 2012 to now?

More doctors in Guatemala are more open to learn about Hereditary Angioedema. That action is good because that will help to identify more patients in Guatemala and maybe in the future we will have a treatment for HAE with their help.

What is the biggest achievement for people with HAE, in your country, from 2012 to now?

Right now we are working together in our country with a local Rare Disease Association who has the experience helping patients with another rare disease in our country.

What is the resource, event or activity that you are most proud of organizing for people with HAE in your country, from 2012 to now?

Virtual meetings with patients.

What support/ resources have you used from HAEi? What has HAEi helped you to achieve?

Counseling about the disease, connecting with other patients, meeting with MO’s in other countries.
