Dear HAEi Friends,
On behalf of the HAEi Board of Directors and the entire HAEi team, I would like to extend our heartfelt wishes for the health and safety of you and your families as you deal with COVID 19 Coronavirus pandemic.
HAEi cares deeply about the health and well-being of the wonderful people who comprise the worldwide HAE community and that is why we canceled the 14-17 May HAE Global Conference. While we will miss the joy and fellowship experienced when 1,000 HAEi friends from 75 countries get together, we have an obligation to protect your safety.
Going forward, the HAEi team and Regional Patient Advocates will be available to support our member organizations during these difficult times. In addition, HAEi will share information from credible sources through our social media channels and website.
Finally, we recommend that you follow the COVID 19 coronavirus advice provided by your local and national governments, and the World Health Organization. Also, do not hesitate to consult your HAE physician with any medical questions.
