High level of security for data protection

  • All data traffic is handled by encrypted protocol (SSL).
  • Privately registered domain
  • External access for member profile updates is open only for a limited time.
  • No storage of member passwords, as profile updates will take place via an individually created time-limited link per member
  • Administrator access is via a 2-factor login process, requiring a password and a code via text message.
  • Staff training, consent, privacy, NDA documents and code of conduct all compliant with EU GDPR
  • SiteLock system to prevent malware.
  • Email alert if login used at another location than usual.
  • Auto log-out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
