2020 HAE VIRTUAL GLOBAL CONFERENCE
2020 HAE Virtual Global Conference now open!
While COVID-19 prevented us from meeting in person, the “can-do” spirit of the HAE global community has inspired transforming this widely anticipated bi-annual conference into an exciting virtual event.
Welcome to the 2020 HAE Virtual Global Conference, where you will find sessions that are educational, interesting, motivating, and fun.
The 2020 HAE Virtual Global Conference is dedicated to the memory of HAEi’s founder and beloved HAE physician/researcher Prof. Marco Cicardi. We honor the memory of this special person who spent his life conducting research and providing clinical care that has dramatically improved HAE patient’s quality of life.
Warm regards,
Your HAEi Team

Chief RPA Fiona Wardman gives an overview of the program and each RPA introduces themselves and talks about what’s going on in their regions. Also, the RPAs reveal some interesting things about themselves as they play a fun game of “Never Have I Ever.”

Youngsters
Our Youngsters, the future of HAEi, share a video about their most recent accomplishments and projects. They also present their 2020 hae day :-) campaign, and their contributions to a digital poster project.
Youngsters’ hae day :-) campaign for Social Media with personal quotes
For the 2020 HAE Global Conference HAEi Youngsters were invited to participate in a Poster Project.
The idea was that the HAE youngsters – either by themselves or in groups of max 3 people – would work with their Member Organization or Regional Patient Advocate in creating a digital poster about HAE in their country/region. HAEi provided pre-designed templates to choose from to match the youngsters’ vision for design.
We are thrilled to present the posters created by the youngsters right here.
