On 16 May every year, the hae day :-) aims to raise awareness of HAE (hereditary angioedema) among the general public and medical community. Our goal is to create an environment in which there is better care, earlier and more accurate diagnosis, and knowledge that HAE patients can lead healthy lives.
On our haeday.org website, we encouraged everyone to participate in our Activity Challenge, including all types of activities – physical activities and those helping overall well-being. Participants are encouraged to take part in activities regularly, record the time spent, share photos of their activities, earn badges, and join a team if they want to.
On the website, we also have a toolbox with useful tools for planning and executing hae day :-) activities locally.
